Band Camp 2024

Band Camp is an opportunity to learn field show, marching band and colorguard basics as well as get to know fellow TREG members while preparing for the amazing 2024 field show. The schedule is as follows:

  • Aug 5, 9am–12pm  Leadership Prep for student leaders of Titan Regiment

  • Aug 6, 9am–12pm  New Member Pre-Camp Orientation for all students new to Titan Regiment

  • Aug 7–9 & 12–15, 1pm–9pm  Band Camp Days 1–7

  • Aug 15, 7:30pm-8:30pm (approx)  Parent Preview Night parent meeting and show at the football stadium (more info below)

  • Aug 16, 1pm–4pm  Band Camp Day 10 (early out for Beach Party)

  • Aug 16, 6pm  Titan Regiment Family Beach Party at Doheny Beach for members & their families (more info below)

Dinkles Marching Shoes

Dinkles are shiny black marching shoes that complete the Titan Regiment uniform. Fill out the form below to order a pair of Dinkles for your student. Your student will try on different Dinkles during their uniform fitting to ensure they get the right size.

If you have Dinkles that fit from last season, you can use them again and do not need to complete this form.

Dinkles will be $40, and you may pay for them with check or cash (see the Fair Share page for instructions). You may also pay by credit card with this form (choose the Pay Now payment option), but an extra charge will be added to cover the credit card processing fee.

Band Camp Dinner

Band Camp Dinners are offered as a service to our students, as they cannot leave campus during camp. The majority of Band Camp participants choose to purchase the dinner package. If you do not choose to purchase the package, participants will need to bring their own dinners.

Dinners will be provided for a nominal fee to cover catering costs and must be preorderedYou may pay for the dinner package by cash or check (see the Fair Share page for instructions). You may also pay by credit card with the form below (choose the Pay Now payment option), but an extra charge will be added to cover the credit card processing fee.

 

Payment for your Band Camp Dinner must be received by 1 pm on August 7th

Please fill out the form below to preorder your dinner. A meal survey is included in the form to obtain accurate counts of food to be ordered. It is used as a guideline. All dinners include a bottle of water, salad/chips/fruit, and dessert.

Parent Preview Night

On the last Thursday (Aug 15) of Band Camp, the Directors and Music Boosters Executive Board will host a mandatory meeting at 7:30pm for all new and returning members’ parents/guardians.

The meeting will include:

  • Overview of the season by the directors

  • Introduction of the Music Boosters Board members and Booster Organization goals

  • Brief Student Leadership (Drum Majors) speech 

  • Marching demonstration and a sample of the Titan Regiment's 2024 Season show titled Mythos.  

 

  You will not want to miss this!

Titan Regiment Family Beach Party

To celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of the Titan Regiment, members and their families are invited to our End of Band Camp Bash. BBQ burgers and hot dogs will be provided by the Boosters, and sides and desserts are possible through your donations.

Parking in the immediate lot is based on an hourly rate and is purchased through the the Yodel app (QR codes available on site).

 

Bring:  Band Camp Block (members will know what this is), a sweatshirt, and beach/camping chairs.
